Popular Hi-Life legend, Kwabena Kwakye Kabobo popularly known as K.K. Kabobo has named Martin King Arthur known in showbiz as Kofi Kinaata as his top Ghanaian lyrically good musician who produces deep and fulfilling songs that mostly serve as correctional mechanism, MyNewsGh.com reports.
The esteemed Hi-Life genius in naming his top contemporary Ghanaian musicians who can be liken to lyrically rich artistes in their (old) days cleped Kofi Kinaata as his number one artiste followed by Obrafour (Michael Elliot Kwabena Okyere Darko) and Bisa K’dei (Ronald Kwaku Dei Appiah).
He told host, Hammer Nti that “when it comes to lyrically good musicians in Ghana now, I think Kofi Kinaata is the best. He is very good and his songs has matured content. Obrafour and Bisa K’dei also have good contents too”.
He further opined that, many contemporary Ghanaian musicians have gone astray as their songs are mostly not filled with content that stands the test of time.
